Awfully sorry i've not been in touch sooner old chap but there's been a rather rum bit of business over our end you see. You remember Thatcher? Gorbachov's lady friend? The one with hair woven from the scabs of immigrant children? She had a club foot and a sloppy knee and did all her shopping at Marks and Spencer? Yeah, THAT one. Well, she proper went and died and all that. So as you may well understand i've been busying myself in order to cope with the grief (to be honest though my herbaceaous borders really did need tending to anyway, they were getting incredibly rowdy and in fact were beginning to look like old lady Thatcher's very own womancunt itself!). She really was a tremendous woman you see our old PM: stout; resolute in the face of adversity; determined; full to the brim with wholesome British spunk; 'wake-me-up-before-you-go-go-i'm-not-planning-on-going-solo-esque'; and with a face like a pickled vagina that has been licked dry by a hundred starving Africans.
And now as dead as a car full of dead dogs.

So you see Paul i'm grieeeeeeeving along with every other person on this great island of ours. She will be missed by all, having left a wonderful legacy which will doubtless inspire generation after generation for many years to come. I should not be surprised if they don't NOT build one of them statues of that magnificent woman slap bang in the centre of London. Who cares that Nelson was perhaps the bravest, most astute military leader this country has ever seen! And JUST like Nelson she had the bravery and integrity to fight alongside the armed forces she commanded, rousing the troops and mucking in on the front line! Remember the Belgrano?? It was our glorious Maggsy that rode the first torpedo across the waves like a bucking bronco shouting "Bally-hoo you fucking Argie bastards!!!" as it slammed into the ships hull, the explosion sending the gutsy PM skyward before she began her graceful descent, surfing a rotting seal carcass down through the clouds and back onto the stricken vessel whereon she whipped her trusty cutlass from her (obviously blue) pantyhose and rampaged across the decks slicing and slashing every last one of those cowardly Fray Bentos loving weirdos! A true war hero!
She taught this country the most valuable lesson of all: you'll get nowhere in life by being 'kind' and the ONLY way to achieve anything is to dig your fucking heels in and shout a lot!
I knew you'd understand. As far as this project of yours i'd be utterly delighted to get involved! In light of the passing of the remarkable Thatcher the least i can do to honour her bravery and tenacity is to get myself caught up in a thinly-veiled identity theft scam on the promise of an undeserved massive amount of cash.
